1. Services Provided

INSE Photography, operated by Ansa Khan, offers photography services including but not limited to weddings, family portraits, events, and product photography. We strive to provide high-quality photographic services tailored to your specific needs.

2. Booking and Payment

To book a photography session, a deposit is required. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking and is non-refundable except as outlined in our cancellation policy. The remaining balance is due as per the agreed-upon schedule, typically before or on the day of the shoot. We accept various forms of payment, including bank transfers and online payment methods. Details will be provided upon booking.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within a certain period (e.g., 14 days) of the scheduled shoot may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees. INSE Photography reserves the right to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, equipment failure). In such cases, a full refund of any payments made will be provided, or the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

4. Copyright and Usage

INSE Photography retains the copyright to all images taken during the session. Clients receive a license to use the images for personal purposes, including printing and sharing on social media. Commercial use of the images is prohibited without prior written consent from INSE Photography. We reserve the right to use the images for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer that your images not be used for promotional purposes, please notify us in writing.

5. Image Delivery and Archiving

Edited, high-resolution images will be delivered to you via an online gallery within a specified timeframe (e.g., 2-4 weeks) after the session. We recommend downloading and backing up your images promptly. INSE Photography archives images for a limited time (e.g., 6 months), but we are not responsible for the permanent storage of your images. It is your responsibility to ensure the safety and preservation of your digital files.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or releases for 촬영 locations. Clients are also responsible for the conduct of themselves and their guests during the photography session. INSE Photography is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the session due to client negligence or failure to follow instructions.

7. Liability

INSE Photography is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the photography session. We take precautions to ensure the safety of your images and equipment, but we are not responsible for loss or damage due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., equipment malfunction, data corruption).

8. Amendments to Terms

INSE Photography reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
