2. Services Offered

3. Booking and Payment

To book a photography session, a deposit may be required. This deposit is non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our cancellation policy. The remaining balance is due as specified in the booking agreement. We accept various forms of payment, including bank transfers and online payment methods. Details will be provided upon booking.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your photography session, you must provide written notice as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Copyright and Usage

Inse Photography retains the copyright to all photographs taken during the session. Clients receive a license to use the images for personal purposes, including printing and sharing on social media. Commercial use of the images is prohibited without prior written consent from Inse Photography. We reserve the right to use the images for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or consents for photography at specific locations. Clients are also responsible for the conduct of themselves and their guests during the photography session. Inse Photography is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the session due to the client’s negligence.

7. Image Delivery

Edited, high-resolution images will be delivered to the client via an online gallery or other agreed-upon method. The delivery timeframe will be specified in the booking agreement. Inse Photography is not responsible for the loss or damage of images once they have been delivered to the client.

8. Liability

Inse Photography is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the photography session.

9. Force Majeure

Inse Photography is not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or equipment failure. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session or provide a refund.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
